Privacy policy

Sprigplay is a small company that sells printable play plans for parents. We collect as little as we can and never sell your data.
What we collect
- Your email address when you ask for the free Week 1, use a free tool and choose to email yourself the result, or buy a plan.
- Your child's age band (3, 4 or 5) if you choose one, so we send the right edition. We never ask for a child's name, photo or birthday. Names typed into the name tracing maker stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Order details (product, amount, country) from our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (pages viewed, approximate country) to understand which guides help.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you asked for: the free week, your downloads and your receipt.
- To send a short series of helpful emails after the free week (three emails over two weeks). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To meet legal and tax obligations for purchases.
Our legal bases under UK/EU GDPR are contract (delivering purchases), legitimate interests (a short follow-up series you can stop anytime) and legal obligation (tax records).
Who processes it for us
- Stripe — payments.
- Resend — sending email (EU region).
- Cloudflare — website delivery and email forwarding.
- Our own server, which stores your email and orders.
How long we keep it
Free-week emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Orders: as long as tax law requires (typically six years), so you can keep re-downloading.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to emails, at any time: email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Children
Sprigplay is for parents and caregivers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
