Refund policy

14 days, full refund, no questions. If a plan isn't right for your family, email [email protected] (or just reply to your receipt) within 14 days of purchase. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Once refunded, the download link for that order stops working. We'd appreciate it if you deleted the files, but we won't ask you to prove it.

Bought the wrong plan or edition? Tell us and we'll swap it instead.

UK and EU customers: because the files are delivered instantly, you agree at checkout that your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends when you download. Our voluntary 14-day refund above applies anyway.
